TRAVEL

All delegates should travel with a valid passport (or, where applicable, a national ID card). Visa requirements depend on your citizenship, so please check the official Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs guidance and apply, if needed, via the e-VISA portal in good time before departure (official information: https://www.mae.ro/en/node/2035#null; online visa portal: https://eviza.mae.ro/).

For non-EU travellers, entry rules typically include passport validity beyond your intended departure date (often at least 3 months) and a passport issued within the last 10 years, so please verify your specific requirements before travelling.
